CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY: 

At Brows by Shaila I have reserved your appointment time just for you. I would appreciate your understanding and cooperation with regards to my cancellation and late policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you have scheduled an appointment time and find that you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled time. If appointments are not cancelled within the designated time your account will be charged half of your appointment booked. 

LATE POLICY:

If you arrive 5 minutes or more after your appointment time, you may have to reschedule and will be charged half of your appointment booked.
